Meaning 意义

Word of mouth is a reference to the passing of information from person to person. Originally the term referred specifically to oral communication  (literally words from the mouth), but now includes any type of human communication, such as face to face, telephone, email, and text messaging. It is mostly applicable to positive comments.

The Spanish equivalent is "Boca a boca", que es una técnica que consiste en pasar información por medios verbales, especialmente recomendaciones, pero también información de carácter general, de una manera informal, personal, más que a través de medios de comunicación, anuncios, publicación organizada o marketing tradicional.

口碑载道 kǒu bēi zài dào 形容群众到处称颂。 明 张煌言 《甲辰在狱中作》诗:“口碑载道是还非,谁识蹉跎心事违。

Hi! I correct the examples in Spanish:

Brandon, me enteré de tu blog por 'el boca a boca': mi amigo John me dijo que es muy bueno.
In this case, you can also say 'por boca de' (=from): Lo supe por boca de su hermana. (I heard it from his sister.)

El 'boca a boca' es la mejor estrategia de marketing.

There's another meaning for 'boca a boca': kiss of life = respiración boca a boca. (mouth-to-mouth resp.)
Saludos!
